Administrative Assistant

For one of our customers, we are looking for an administrative assistant to join their dynamic legal team.
You will work closely with their partners/counsel and associates, as part of a team of 2 to 6 people. Your role will involve preparing, editing and formatting various documents, as well as actively participating in internal procedures. You will also be responsible for managing various administrative tasks such as filing, mailing and event organization. Discretion, thoroughness and excellent organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Fluency in French and English, as well as written and oral communication skills, are required.


  • You will work for one or more partners/counsel as well as for the team's associates;
  • You will join a team of 2 to 6 administrative assistants;
  • You will be in charge of preparing and/or modifying various documents based on handwritten or dictated notes, and will be responsible for formatting them;
  • You will be involved in various internal procedures (customer identification, file opening, etc.);
  • You will be responsible for updating the customer contact database;
  • You will be in charge of numerous administrative tasks such as filing and scanning documents, sending letters, taking telephone messages, booking rooms, organizing meetings and, on an ad hoc basis, organizing trips.

  • You are able to work punctually under pressure;
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English. Fluency in German and/or Luxembourgish is an asset;
  • You are familiar with basic office software (Windows, Office, etc.).
