Since March 18, 2020, we have been taking measures for all our offices to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For example, our office furnishings have been adapted so that a distance of 1.5m can be maintained, plexi screens have been installed, the office spaces are disinfected on a regular basis, etc.
We closely monitor the measures taken by Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France (the Luxembourg office has several employees from France). We always adapt our way of working, depending on the advice given in each country.
In Belgium, teleworking is currently mandatory and strongly recommended in the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
That is why our employees work from home as much as possible, with a few exceptions (e.g. to monitor correspondence). Interviews with candidates are conducted as much as possible via videoconference. Naturally, we always take into account the specific needs of each of our contacts.
