Description
As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, order processing and telephone support while ensuring the high quality of our services:- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of clients
- You are strong in building quality long-term relationships based on trust and honesty
- Process orders and provide telephone support to clients
- Advise clients on bonds and other financial products
- Efficient and accurate use of internal systems
- Ensure excellent administrative handling of client files
- You will participate in various events for clients and prospects.
Your profile
- You preferably combine a higher education in a financial or economic direction with solid experience in private banking, asset management or relationship management
- You are collegial and think of the best interests of the organization. You are a real team player
- You have at least 5 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in a similar position
- You are an expert in relationship management
- You have a thorough knowledge of financial products, with a strong affinity for bonds
- You exude confidence and professionalism
- Whatever the challenge, you remain calm and professional
- You are administratively and organizationally strong. You can work independently and prioritize
- You have excellent communication skills and are customer-oriented
- You are quick with internal banking systems
- You have a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
