Description
In collaboration with your colleagues:- You are the member's first point of contact and handle cases in the interests of consumers in collaboration with the team of lawyers, technical professionals and other departments. Contact with members may be by telephone, e-mail or post.
- You will be responsible for the administrative follow-up of cases and/or actions carried out by our client.
- You carry out legal research and analysis as part of the processing of individual files or to answer colleagues' questions.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's degree in law.
- You speak very good French and have a good knowledge of written and spoken Dutch.
- You have a good knowledge of Excel.
- You are willing to train in the technical subjects requested by our subscribers (lease, travel, energy, telecoms, etc.).
- You are assertive, communicative, a team player and like to take the initiative.
- You are rigorous and organized in your work.
