Description
- You will work in harmony with the production managers and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
- Build lasting relationships with existing clients and focus on growing the portfolio by pursuing new business opportunities.
- Maintain commercial contacts with assigned offices to generate leads.
- Provide clients with expert advice and concrete agreements to demonstrate added value.
- Strive for client satisfaction by providing continuous improvements and ideas for development.
- Develop strong relationships with insurers.
- Constantly look for ways to optimize commercial processes.
- Analyze portfolio annually and identify commercial opportunities.
- Actively participate in sales meetings and provide relevant input.
Your profile
- If you have a university or undergraduate degree in Finance & Insurance or equivalent experience, and you are motivated to grow further in this role
- You have a thorough knowledge and experience in production and sales of both BOAR and Life insurance, both for individuals and companies.
- You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and further a basic knowledge of French & English.
- You have the required insurance certificates according to the Mifid legislation.
