Description
As an administrator, you will play an essential role in providing prompt and high-quality service to our clients and brokers. Here are some of the tasks that are part of your responsibilities:- Understanding the needs and expectations of both clients and brokers.
- Communicating clearly and effectively with clients and brokers on requests and inquiries.
- Ensuring excellent handling of administrative tasks, including digitization and note preparation.
- Tracking incoming tasks, including validation tasks, through various tools.
- Ensuring good telephone accessibility of our service.
- Handling follow-up activities after conversations with clients and brokers.
- Making recommendations to improve services.
As an administrator you can efficiently perform both administrative tasks and telephone tasks, which contributes to a smooth and professional service.
Your profile
You have the ideal profile if you possess the following qualities:- an excellent knowledge of life insurance;
- a very good knowledge of Dutch and a good basis in French;
- Telephony does not scare you;
- you have an eye for detail & deadlines do not scare you.
