Description

• You are able to conduct strategic discussions with C-level persons (executive committee) so that you have a good understanding of the exact needs of the company. In addition, you can assess whether and how a (modernization of) Employee Benefits can contribute to a solution.
• You can analyze existing arrangements, compare them and, if necessary, work out new offers that fit the customer better. Or deliver a nice saving.
• You can clearly write the conclusions of an advisory process in an advisory note intended for decision makers. And, if necessary, summarize them in a presentation.
• You independently follow up on advice trajectories for prospects and customers and ensure clear instructions and knowledge transfer to your supporting colleagues in case of a concrete realization.

Your profile

• You have knowledge of employee group insurance, the legal framework (WAP, Verwilgen Act, etc.) and get energy from C-level consultations. You like to keep your experience and in-depth expertise in Employee Benefits up-to-date through training or current affairs.
• You are communicatively strong and can clearly summarize complex material. Talks with C-level stakeholders give you energy. You prepare such discussions well and, if necessary, prepare an advice note or short presentation.
• Giving employee presentations does not put you off.
• French language skills are a big plus.
• You can work fluently with Excel.
• Experience with Brio and insurance platforms is a plus.
