Are you an administrative jack-of-all-trades with experience in the financial sector and want to play an important role at an Insurance Company specializing in life insurance?

As administrative support customer service life insurance, you will be responsible for the smooth management of important customer files. Together with your team you work on completing, paying out and adjusting contracts. You communicate fluently in Dutch and French and have a good knowledge of MS Office.

  • As administrative support, you will help your colleagues through smooth and quality management of life and death insurance contracts.
  • You follow up the management of customer files; completing files, payments, adjustments, handling listings, etc.
  • You will thoroughly analyze questions raised and look for the best solution for the client.
  • Openness in the team is essential; sharing knowledge, asking for and giving feedback.

Your profile

  • You have experience in the financial sector
  • You have strong communication and analytical skills.
  • You attach great importance to organization and structure for your own tasks.
  • You use Dutch and French on a daily basis in communication with customers.
  • Computer literacy and fluency in MS Office are a must.


Our client offers you a temporary contract of several months.
Your salary is in line with the applicable scales and furthermore, you will receive meal vouchers and they will reimburse your route.
