Axis is looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to oversee marketing strategies in Belgium and Luxembourg. This role will focus on our client's brand’s preservation in Belgium, brand building in Luxembourg, along with lead generation initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a seamless customer journey and contribute to our digital transformation
Description
- Drive the marketing strategy and demonstrate strong people management skills to execute initiatives effectively.
- Work cross functionally and provide strategic marketing communication proposal and advice the marketing team: be a source of feedback and help translate marketing strategies into integrated campaigns.
- Develop advertising and lead generation campaigns aligned with budget and omnichannel strategy.
- Measure and evaluate the marketing performance of campaigns, recommend actions.
- Propose and implement an omnichannel approach to maximize customer touchpoints.
- Provide direction on the design and implementation of customer communication materials to ensure brand and messaging consistently.
- Create compelling offline and online content to inform, inspire, and convert customers.
- Optimize marketing budget allocation to enhance customer journey at every phase.
- Lead internal alignment with the internal communication and HR team to ensure all employees contribute to the customer journey strategy.
- Coach and develop the marketing team, implement individual development plans, and identify high potential profiles for career development.
- Ensure smooth integration of new employees within the team.
- Stay updated with marketing trends through training, seminars, and conferences, actively contributing to knowledge sharing within the organization.
Your profile
- Master's Degree or equivalent in Marketing & Communications.
- 5+ years of experience in (brand) marketing and communications.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects within deadlines and budgets.
- Experience working with agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create briefings, deliver presentations, and inspire others.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (German is a plus) both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to lead initiatives with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Assertiveness and ability to influence without hierarchical authority.
