For a client in the insurance sector, we are looking for a freelance HR Generalist.
Do you have experience in compensation and benefits management?
Are you familiar with Belgian legislation?

Are you comfortable with payroll management?

Description
- Manage and process payroll for two entities, ensuring deadlines and compliance standards are met;
- Provide HR support to managers and employees on various HR related issues;
- Manage benefits and compensation programs to ensure adequate employee retention and motivation;
- Ensure compliance with CP 200 and CP 306 collective agreements while keeping abreast of changes in labor legislation;
- Use Officient software to manage HR operations, including headcount, absence and performance management.
Your profile
- Proven experience in payroll management, preferably in a collective bargaining environment;
- In-depth knowledge of Officient software or ability to learn new software quickly;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while respecting deadlines;
- Knowledge of CP 200 and CP 306 would be an asset;
