Our client is a French "pioneer" in credit, insurance and investment that is expanding rapidly. To realize this expansion, they are looking for a Credit Administrator to advise and assist clients on financing and home loan contracts. The ideal candidate is structured, communicative, and proactive, with a possible pcp/mifid attestation, and can count on an attractive salary package and contract conditions, with work locations in Antwerp.
Description
- You will be responsible for processing, defending and closing contracts for financing and home loans
- You will provide guidance and advice based on client needs
- Follow up phone calls, process emails, handle files and make office appointments with clients
- You will provide excellent customer service in the office and be willing to work a Saturday morning every 2 weeks.
Your profile
- You can express yourself perfectly in Dutch, both oral and written, knowledge of French is a big plus
- You preferably have a pcp/mifid certificate
- You are structured, a team player, flexible and stress resistant
- You are a dynamic, communicative and convincing person
- You are positive, proactive and solution-oriented. New challenges do not deter you.
