Description
As a New Production File Manager, these are your primary duties:- You ensure the preparation of letters of agreement for professional and mortgage loans in line with the credit decision and ensure that all requested guarantees and conditions are included in them
- Together with the client's notary, you ensure the complete preparation of the credit deeds and make payments in a timely manner.
- You are responsible for establishing all types of guarantees (mortgage, mandate, commercial registration, surety, etc.) and ensuring that they are correctly recorded in our GARWEB system
- You follow up each of your files from A to Z: from drafting the letter of agreement to the first availability of the credit so that our internal account can be reconciled quickly and correctly
- You maintain a close contact with the commercial network and notary offices to ensure a smooth, correct and qualitative processing of credit requests
- You will share your experience and ideas so that we can work together to improve credit processes and procedures in order to optimize the efficiency of service to internal and external customers.
Your profile

- Excellent knowledge of Dutch (also written), and preferably also a good knowledge of French
