Description
As an Expert-Underwriter Legal Assistance Insurance at our client, you will be responsible for providing support to the Underwriting & Policy Management, Sales and Claims departments:- You will provide analyses (broker profitability, policies, special risks) and work closely with other departments to validate and work out special requests.
- You also provide training on conditions, instructions and internal tools, and assist area managers in discussions with brokers.
- You optimize documentation for operational departments (production guidelines, uniform management, special policies, group policies) and work on projects for the department.
- You perform quality and compliance checks for policy management and work on group and special policies (public tenders).
- Within your team, you actively participate in discussions and training to share knowledge and experience.
- On a personal level, you are actively engaged in your development by communicating transparently and proactively about your strengths and work points, showing interest in your colleagues and taking initiatives to grow and evolve personally.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor degree or the necessary experience.
- As you will assist both Dutch-speaking and French-speaking colleagues and will work in a bilingual team.
- You have a strong affinity with figures.
- You easily work independently and proactively but you are also a team player.
- Accurate, organized and always with the right priorities: this is how others describe you.
- You can adapt quickly to new situations and enjoy learning.
- You are flexible and have no problem going out on the road sporadically to meet clients and brokers.
