As an Auto Insurance Claims Handler with a leasing company, you will be responsible for efficiently and effectively handling all insurance claims related to leased vehicles. You will work with insurance companies, adjusters and other stakeholders to settle claims quickly and accurately.
Description
- You will evaluate, record and follow up insurance claims from start to finish.
- You will communicate with insurance companies, adjusters and clients to efficiently settle claims.
- You will negotiate claim payouts and ensure they are handled fairly and in a timely manner.
- You will analyze claim patterns and make recommendations for risk mitigation.
- You will contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to insurance claims.
Your profile
- You have at least a high school diploma, preferably in a relevant field such as insurance, finance or business administration.... Demonstrated experience in a similar position, preferably within the insurance or leasing industry, is required.
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- You are able to work under pressure and prioritize in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of auto insurance laws and regulations is considered a plus.
