Our client in Kalmthout is looking for a Banking and Insurance Advisor. The position includes comprehensive banking services, primarily focused on insurance. As an advisor, you will analyze customer needs, offer customized insurance solutions, and manage files and claims. The desired profile preferably includes a Bachelor of Finance and Insurance, experience is a great asset, but not required. More important are eagerness to learn, motivation and customer focus. Description
- You are able to provide a banking service to all customers, but the focus in this role is primarily on insurance
- You will be responsible for analyzing clients' individual needs and providing customized insurance solutions
- You will be responsible for managing insurance files, handling claims and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- You are aware of the latest developments in the insurance sector and ensure that your knowledge remains up-to-date
- You pursue maximum customer service.
Your profile
- You preferably have a Bachelor of Finance and Insurance or equivalent through experience
- Experience is a plus, but the right commitment and motivation is even more important
- You are eager to learn and have common sense
- You want to be a worthy representative of our company's values

- You are customer-oriented and always put the interests of customers first
- Perfect knowledge of the Dutch language both spoken and written.
