Description

• You will provide legal support to our clients in the event of an auto, fire or family insurance claim;
• You identify the parties involved and determine liabilities;
• You negotiate with the other party to amicably settle the property and/or physical damage;
• You ensure proactive telephone and written communication with all parties involved (insured, agents, insurers, attorneys, board doctors...);
• You ensure the appointment and critical follow-up of a lawyer defending our client's interests in case of legal proceedings;
• You are responsible for the autonomous management of your own files from A to Z.

Your profile

• Do you have a bachelor's degree in law or insurance or a master's degree in law;
• Do you have a very good knowledge of Dutch and French;
• Do you have at least 2 years of experience in the management of material damage files in civil liability or legal aid;
• Are you proactive, client-oriented and eager to learn;
• Do you have an analytical mind and are able to easily summarize and explain the main elements of complex files;
• Are you empathetic and can negotiate well;
• Do you look forward to sharing your knowledge with colleagues.
