Description
You can always count on an extensive team of lawyers, but you will be specifically responsible for, among other things:- Giving info sessions and training on site, in the offices or via Webinar on all kinds of social legal topics and novelties;
- Giving social legal advice to clients and employees of our client (a.o. legal questions regarding the general personnel policy & payroll, drafting and updating social-legal documents, guidance on the organization of working hours, advice on alternative remuneration, etc.);
- Following up larger client files and following up and developing legal projects on assignment and in consultation with the client;
- Managing your own client portfolio where you are a fixed contact person;
- Being eager to keep up to date with the latest socio-legal developments and transforming them into ready-to-use information for clients;
- Thinking along about commercial opportunities and new trends with a view to offering our products, training courses and legal services;
Your profile
- You hold a Master's degree in law;
- You preferably have 3-5 years of relevant experience;
- You are willing to broaden and deepen your practical knowledge of social law in its broadest sense;
- You have excellent commercial and communication skills;
- You are Dutch-speaking, knowledge of French is a plus.
