Description
- You follow up the Flemish civil law topics such as rent and lease and the Flemish regulations on
- Giving training
- Translate new legislation into understandable comments and tools
- You draft legal comments in plain language and develop legal support tools;
- You help keep models and clauses up to date;
- You give support to your fellow lawyers.
Your profile
- A Master's degree in law; a master's degree in notarial law or notarial experience is a plus;
- At least a passing knowledge of French and are fluent in Dutch both orally and in writing;
- Good self-organization, an eye for accuracy and a sense of responsibility;
- A fluent pen and able to write flawlessly in plain language;
- A communicative and transversal mentality;
- An eager to learn mentality.
