Description
- Fulfill an external, challenging and commercial position.
- As a real estate leasing expert, you will go on the road, explaining to potential clients the benefits and financing method of real estate leasing.
- Develop and maintain the customer portfolio, taking into account the commercial strategy of the subsidiary in order to achieve the objectives set.
- Working with and supporting the commercial staff.
- Preparation of offers and contracts, follow-up of files.
- Preparation of commercial notes to the credit committee (financial analysis).
- Keeping himself constantly informed of evolutions, developments, changes in legislation (legal and fiscal).
Your profile
- Master's degree
- Accounting, tax or legal knowledge
- Fluent in dutch and good knowledge in french.
- Interviews with company managers do not deter you
- Persevering and stress resistant
- Team player
- Willing to keep abreast of legislation and standards either through self-study or external training
- Able to function independently within a small team
- Great flexibility
