Our client, a law firm with over 30 years' experience in tax and property law, is looking for a lawyer to strengthen its estate planning department (civil & tax aspects). They are located in the center of Brussels in art-deco offices. Their clients are mainly Belgian and foreign individuals and business families.They provide pragmatic, efficient, qualitative and tailor-made solutions to their clients. Their approach is based on a personalized relationship with their customers. They do their utmost to justify their choice to invest in them!
Your profile
- Master's degree in law. A postgraduate degree in taxation is a plus.
- Between 4 and 8 years' experience in Estate Planning.
- Good knowledge of direct taxation (IPP, Isoc, repatriation).
- Perfect command of French (oral & written) and a flair for writing. Excellent knowledge of English is also required.
- Dynamic, rigorous, autonomous, creative, structured with a good team spirit and solution-oriented.
- A keen interest in legal research, pragmatic and with excellent analytical skills.
- Responsible and concerned with the quality of work and customer relations
