Description
Clerk will primarily follow up files with payment problems, develop payment plans, initiate legal proceedings.The clerk will be in direct contact with the borrower but will also be in contact with bailiffs and lawyers if legal proceedings are initiated or ongoing.
Your profile
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in a financial-economic field or law practice
- Knowledge of corporate law and legal procedures.
- 5 years of experience in the financial sector/ at a bailiff's office/ at a law firm
- Experience within debtor management is an asset
- Working autonomously and problem-solving
- Result-oriented and assertive
- Strong administrative and communicative skills
- Discreet and reliable
- Eager to learn and resistant to stress
- Speaks and writes Dutch fluently
