Description
The Senior Legal Counsel is responsible, with the Legal Counsel Lead, for the day-to-day management of the Legal Department in various areas such as contractual law, company law, public law and specific regulations related to the activities of our client. Your mission will revolve around 5 main axes:- Advice and legal advice to the various departments and projects of our client and its editorial follow-up;
- Reviewing, negotiating and entering into contracts with our customers, suppliers and other third parties;
- Litigation management: in-house investigation of files and contact with the various law firms collaborating, given their areas of choice, with Pluxee Pass Belgium;
- Legal monitoring: study and analysis of the applicable legislation in order to anticipate the impacts on our activities and manage them in the best way;
- Corporate housekeeping: maintaining company documents and coordinating the preparation and follow-up of board meetings and their documentation.
Your profile
- Master in Law - knowledge in “general” law (general rather than specialist lawyer)
- 5 -10 years of experience in a law firm and/or as a corporate lawyer
- Mastery of procurement procedures is a real asset
- Business orientation and problem-solver
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a multidisciplinary team
- Discretion
- Empathy
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Fluency in Dutch and French is essential (oral and written)
- English is preferred

- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 4500
