Description
- You manage damage files from A to Z
- You inform the customer about the settlement of his/her file
- Opening new claims files and providing a sufficient reserve for the payment of amounts due
- You handle problems or complaints about claims according to the organization's procedures
- You handle files within the time limits imposed
- You always put the customer first
Your profile
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Finance/Insurance or equivalent through experience at an insurance company, brokerage or appraisal firm
- You already have a good experience in a claims management position
- You are willing to keep learning
- You have a structured approach and follow-up
- You are a team player with a sense of responsibility, because a good atmosphere in the office is an absolute priority for the company
- You are communicative and strongly customer-oriented
- You speak excellent Dutch. Knowledge of French and English is an asset
