Description
- You are the central point of contact for clients, Employee Benefits Counselors and account managers. You answer questions on insurance technical, administrative and accounting matters. Think about drafting insurance contracts, following up on renewals and amendments, etc.
- You manage a portfolio of group insurance, hospitalization insurance and related programs with clients. You analyze, develop and adjust these programs as needed.
- Collaboration with Employee Benefits Counselors is essential. You identify and assess client needs, existing contracts and technical reports. You request quotes from insurers, compare them and provide detailed instructions to the chosen insurer on the coverages and policy terms to be insured.
- You thrive in a dynamic and informal environment where fast switching and proactive action are important. You have a smooth personality and can communicate and cooperate well with different stakeholders.
Your profile
- You have a Bachelor degree in Insurance or equivalent through experience.
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English and French.
- You have 3-5 years of experience in the field of employee benefits insurance.
- You enjoy making analyses and working with figures.
- You can communicate in a clear and structured way and are good at making phone calls.
- You are a team player with a service-oriented mentality and have excellent social skills.
