Description
- Maintain close contact with Dutch-speaking brokers
- Handle various claims in different fields
- Analyze situations and take necessary steps for quick resolution
- Ensure that the interests of policyholders do not come into conduct
- Play an important role as an intermediary in the management of claims files
- Has frequent contact with brokers, clients, experts and lawyers
- Communicate clearly and quickly with counterparties such as other insurance companies, experts and opposing lawyers
- Ensure successful settlement of claims through good communication
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's degree in insurance or legal practice.
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch language.
- You are a persuasive communicator who enjoys using the telephone and also have a fluent pen for writing letters or emails.
- Some commercial feeling is important as there is frequent contact with clients.
- You are proactive, like to take initiative and enjoy new challenges.
- You can work fluently with MS-Office (Excel, Word) and MS-Outlook is absolutely necessary.
