  • You develop the prospect and customer portfolio in Flanders (Flemish-Brabant, East Flanders - Antwerp - Brussels) in accordance with the corporate strategy and objectives already outlined
  • You are a hunter; you prospect for new prospects/clients/partners/intermediaries and follow them up
  • You work out the predefined objectives as well as a concrete action plan for your region in order to realize your sales objectives
  • You develop and set up the commercial actions and their follow-up
  • You take the necessary steps to develop existing customer portfolios
  • You maintain and build relationships with prospects, customers, intermediaries and contacts
  • You are the commercial point of contact for prospects, customers and intermediaries; you provide information and intelligence on new products, trends, give presentations, coordinate and participate in events
  • You manage and follow up prospects/customers/intermediaries in a coordinated way together with the production department and the order declaration department
  • You monitor the quality of prospects/clients/intermediaries from a financial point of view (business figures, unpaid bills,...)
  • You regularly complete the data in the database (production data and with regard to segmentation) and keep it up to date
  • You report to the Head of Production & Sales.

Your profile

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience (ideally in an insurance, law, business management direction)
  • You have theoretical and/or practical knowledge of B.A/insurance
  • You are a real hunter in a market with lots of potential
  • You are commercial, have the necessary sales skills to handle prospects and customers commercially
  • Target driven, persevering, autonomous and team oriented, assertive, disciplined and stress resistant
  • Administrative strong and accurate in daily operations + good knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of languages: very good knowledge of Dutch, good knowledge of French is a plus
