Description
- As insurance file manager you are the contact person for the customer regarding their insurance file.
- You adapt existing policies or start up new policies for existing customers. You make comparative studies and negotiate with different companies in order to offer the best solution tailored to the customer.
- Internally, you actively participate in consultation moments with the team, in which you suggest improvements and share your knowledge with your colleagues.
- In addition, you will also inform our account managers of important customer updates and opportunities.
Your profile
- You have a degree in insurance and your first relevant work experience
- You are a born administrative talent with commercial feeling: you work accurately, respect deadlines and set priorities without losing sight of the customer
- You are always open to suggestions for improvement to enhance the team's efficiency
- You are a strong communicator and can switch smoothly in various conversations
- You are naturally discrete and professional in dealing with the files of different customers
