For one of our clients, a leading Belgian law firm specializing in Business Law, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Officer. The firm offers a full range of legal services to companies, public institutions and individuals and is recognized for its excellence and reputation in the legal field.
As Senior Marketing Officer, you will collaborate on the firm's external image in the broad sense of the word. This ranges from the layout of classic written documentation (Word or PowerPoint), to digital communications, branding materials, to events at home and abroad.

Description
- As the right hand of the Marketing Manager, you will be jointly responsible for developing and implementing the annual marketing plan.
- You coordinate our newsletters, and make sure they arrive in the clients' mailbox on time.
- Together with colleagues from other teams you organize events such as seminars, study days, alumni parties, recruitment events, client events, etc.
- You are responsible for writing business development documents (pitches, submissions, etc.) and work very closely with the lawyers of the different teams.
Your profile
- You hold a bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or have gained similar experience.
- Dutch is your mother tongue and you have a very good command of French/English (both oral and written).
- With your fluent pen, you are not afraid to create documents that can be seen by the public.
- The different MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) hold no secrets for you and you love discovering new software programs.
- In addition, you are organizationally strong, flexible and deadlines do not scare you. Customer focus and accuracy characterize you.
- With your strong communication skills you are a real team player.
