  • You are responsible for the complete, correct and smooth administrative handling of customer files
  • You are the central point of contact for the customers
  • You take the necessary initiatives to guarantee the customers optimal service
  • You manage files from A to Z

Your profile

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in finance and insurance, complemented by at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • You are strongly customer oriented, accurate and orderly, communicative and stress resistant
  • You are a team player
  • You speak Dutch and you can express yourself fluently orally and in writing in French and English
