Team coaching

Objectives: (Re)-activate the team's talents, bring them into synergy and project the team out of the crisis into a new energy.

Contents

Diagnosis of the team's talents and skills, and of the impact of the health crisis on team members, using the B-Talentã tool.

Based on the B-Talent test, the coaching workshop enables you to :

  • Establish a team diagnosis to identify..:
    • The psycho-social impact of the health crisis, both individually and on the team as a whole.
    • Individual talents and skills through combinatorial analysis of multiple intelligences.
    • Clearly map the talents and skills of the team as a whole.
  • Support managers in developing appropriate responses and individualized action strategies.
  • Facilitate a coaching session to share the diagnosis with the team, and a collaborative discussion based on situations experienced collectively (editor's note: no individual B-Talentã results), and on ways of working together to respond to the crisis situation.

This workshop is organized using a coaching approach. The manager and the team set the objectives and look for solutions. The coach guides the process in order to structure the approach and formalize the exchanges, using his toolbox in a way that is adapted to the situation at hand. The emphasis is on exchange, free participation, trust and benevolence.

Tools

The tools used are mainly drawn from the combinatorial analysis of multiple intelligences, NLP tools and the Process Communication Model.


Practical organization

Coaching is structured in two parts:

  • A debriefing and validation of the diagnosis with the manager and identification of key objectives in a one-to-one session (2:00)
  • A group session (3:00 to 3:30) maximum 8 people
