Stimulate employee motivation

Motivation can't be taken for granted, and needs to be nurtured. This coaching will help you understand, develop and manage your employees' motivation through certain phases of demotivation, doubt or even discouragement.

Objective:

Nurturing motivation helps to develop pleasure at work, buy-in to the team's project and create a virtuous synergy within the team.

This module is developed in the context of crisis and post-crisis situations, in which the motivational dimension is a key lever for retaining talent.

Contents

In this chapter, participants will learn about

  • The different motivations (intrinsic and extrinsic)
  • The link between Motivations - Needs - Values
  • How to identify and respond to motivations in concrete terms, and how to integrate motivational management into day-to-day business.

Tools

The workshop is based on the sharing of concrete situations and questions from participants, which will serve as the basis for various exercises and practical applications.

You will discover the motivations and drivers of action based on NLP and the Process Communication Model.

Practical organization

Workshop duration: half a day by videoconference or face-to-face.
