Description
- You process address changes and assist customers with logging into their online accounts;
- You handle an average of 12 requests per hour, focusing on straightforward support;
- You’ll answer questions about payments, such as reviewing payment issues, processing refunds, and following up on payment reminders;
- You’ll speak with customers over the phone and provide them with the necessary service.
Your profile
- Is fluent in both Dutch and French, since all phone lines are routed to this department and cannot be split;
- Has a positive outlook and a constructive attitude;
- Has the ability to stay focused and think critically in challenging situations.

- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3000
