Description
- You provide optimal administrative support to your client portfolio.
- You are the primary point of contact for clients, primarily medium-sized and large companies with complex structures and specific requirements.
- You meet with clients and ensure that daily transactions are handled correctly and efficiently, even in challenging business environments.
- You prepare policies and quotes, ensuring the best rates and coverage for the client.
- You collaborate with colleagues from various departments to process client files efficiently and keep them up to date.
- You maintain regular contact with clients and insurance companies.
- You manage your own schedule, work meticulously, and are able to meet deadlines.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Has at least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a specific focus on large companies or complex cases.
- Has a strong interest in the construction sector or related industries.
- Is proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Has experience with the Brio software program.
- Places great value on personalized service and is customer-focused.
- Is energetic, works meticulously, and pays close attention to detail and quality.
- Is eager to learn and willing to further develop their skills in this field.
