Description
- Led a strategic end-to-end banking systems migration program.
- Managed large, complex IT projects involving multiple teams and external vendors.
- Managed high-level stakeholders, including senior management, business units, and regulators.
- Defining program governance; monitoring budgets, risks, KPIs, and milestones.
- Coordinating data migrations, reconciliation activities, and data quality initiatives.
- Overseeing testing strategies, UAT, validation, and go-live preparations.
- Organizing and facilitating steering committees, workshops, and governance bodies.
- Change management: training, process optimization, and post-deployment support.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance, particularly with regard to European requirements and CSSF regulations.
- Leading multidisciplinary teams and managing the cutover to ensure a secure transition to the new banking platforms.
Your profile
- At least 15 years of experience managing strategic banking transformation programs
- Fluency in English
- Expertise in migrating legacy systems to modern banking architectures.
- Strong understanding of regulatory issues, banking compliance, and RegTech projects.
- Proven experience in PMO governance, budget management (Capex/Opex), data migration, and data reconciliation.
- Recognized leadership in managing complex projects, including testing, risk management, and planning critical cutover events.
