• You are the primary point of contact for AML within strategic and operational change projects.
• With your expertise, you help set the course for future AML solutions.
• You translate laws and regulations, internal policy requirements, and risk requests into clear business requirements and actionable solutions for the organization.
• You will conduct end-to-end analyses of existing processes and identify opportunities to manage risks, increase efficiency, and optimize the customer experience.
• You act as a liaison between various departments—such as business, risk, compliance, data, and IT—and ensure that all stakeholders collaborate toward common goals.
• You actively contribute to the digitization of AML processes and explore opportunities related to automation, data analysis, and artificial intelligence.
• You advise stakeholders on complex AML issues and strike a balance between regulations, risks, operational feasibility, and the impact on customers.
• You closely monitor developments in AML, fraud, and financial crime and translate these trends into concrete improvement initiatives for the organization.

Your profile

• Has at least five years of experience in a role as an AML specialist; this is a requirement.
• Has a senior-level background with in-depth knowledge of the field and demonstrates confidence in his or her approach.
• Finds it easy to analyze and summarize large amounts of data, while always keeping an eye on the bigger picture without getting bogged down in details.
• Has experience with change management processes and feels at ease in an environment with diverse stakeholders and sometimes conflicting interests.
• Can seamlessly navigate between various disciplines such as business, compliance, data, and IT, and knows how to bring diverse parties together around a common goal.
• Is results-oriented and takes responsibility for implementation, with a focus on actually driving through changes and improvements.
• Has a strong interest in data, digitization, and innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence.
• Takes initiative, works proactively, and has a natural drive to actually bring about improvements.
