Description
- You become an integral part of the sales team, collaborating closely with the Sales Manager for Luxembourg to oversee a range of client accounts.
- You facilitate the seamless execution of the sales process, taking on both commercial and administrative duties.
- You actively contribute to expanding the client base through strategic commercial initiatives.
- You serve as a vital link between clients and the customer service/sales departments, focusing on maintenance contracts, renewals, and licenses related to software products.

- As an Account Manager, you will undergo a robust training program on the products and the GIS field.
- You take charge of specific market segments and engage with clients through visits, acting as a primary contact person for GIS-related inquiries from clients and suppliers, overseeing and tracking orders.
Your profile
- Holds a minimum of a Bac+2 degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Possesses outstanding communication abilities, both in writing and verbally.
- Is proficient in French and English, with additional language skills in German or Luxembourgish being advantageous.
- Has relevant experience in the software or IT field, ideally with knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
- Demonstrates strong commercial acumen and interpersonal skills; previous roles in marketing or sales, as well as familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce or Business Central, are beneficial.
- Can effectively organize, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
- Exhibits a self-directed nature coupled with a proactive approach to work.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment, particularly within the sales department, including interactions with sales teams and customer service.
- Is proactive in addressing issues and managing client requirements.
