Description
- You provide support for matters and documentation by initiating and managing cases in the ERP system, preparing legal documents, completing submissions, tracking deadlines, and ensuring uniform document formatting;
- You handle financial administration tasks by preparing and monitoring invoices, creating purchase requests and orders, and processing expense reimbursements;
- You oversee planning and logistics by managing calendars, organizing meetings both internally and externally, arranging travel accommodations, and coordinating logistics related to hearings;
- You maintain data and compliance by updating CRM records and monitoring the professional obligations of lawyers, including bar-related responsibilities.
Your profile
- Possesses a minimum of two years' experience in an administrative, executive assistance, or management support capacity;
- Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English;
- Shows proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- Exhibits strong organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and adeptness in handling multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Has prior experience working in a law firm or a similar professional services setting;
- Holds a working knowledge of the French language;
- Is familiar with ERP systems, document management software, or CRM platforms.
Offer
- Monthly salary indication: € 3501 - € 5000
- Our client offers you a gross monthly salary based on your level of experience;
- You will be provided with a full-time, permanent employment contract;
- The benefits package is extensive and includes meal vouchers valued at €10 for each working day, a 13th-month salary, health and hospitalization coverage, public transport reimbursement, as well as a laptop, smartphone, and mobile phone plan;
- After six months of employment, you will gain access to a flexible benefits plan;
- Following the onboarding process, you will have the option to work from home up to two days a week, along with a monthly net allowance of €50 for teleworking and an internet reimbursement of €20;

- You will accrue twenty days of mandatory annual leave, in addition to six extra days due to the 39-hour work week arrangement;
