As the Senior Finance Transformation Expert, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic analysis and support to our business partners. Your focus will be on collaborating closely with business units to develop a profound understanding of their strategies, processes, services, and future plans. Here are your key responsibilities:

• You leverage your strong expertise in Corporate and Fund Finance & Accounting, encompassing areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, month-end closing, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• You establish yourself as a trusted partner, effectively managing stakeholder relationships and constructively challenging requirements and proposed solutions.
• You analyze Finance, Accounting, and Procurement processes to identify areas of inefficiency and opportunities for optimization.
• You contribute to the design, selection, and implementation of comprehensive Finance solutions that align with organizational goals.
• You lead or assist in cross-functional transformation projects, ensuring they align with the broader business priorities.
• You coordinate and collaborate with teams across Finance, Procurement, IT, developers, vendors, and system integrators to achieve project objectives.
• You translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements, supporting the development, testing, deployment, and change management processes.
• You manage project planning, timelines, priorities, and workload estimation, facilitating communication between users and project teams.
• You drive process adoption, enhance user satisfaction, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Your profile

The ideal candidate:

• Holds a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Possesses a minimum of 10 years of experience in business or functional analysis.
• Has at least 5 years of experience specifically in Asset Management.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Is skilled in preparing comprehensive reports and delivering impactful presentations.
• Effectively collaborates with users to evaluate and determine feasible solutions.
• Exhibits exceptional documentation and data/process visualization capabilities.
• Is proficient in Agile Methodology.
