Description
- You welcome customers and assist them with their day-to-day banking activities;
- You provide advice and sell simple banking products, such as credit cards and account packages;
- You proactively identify business opportunities;
- You analyze customer needs and refer leads to specialists in insurance, loans, and investments;
- You actively contribute to cross-selling within the organization;
- You collaborate with your colleagues to achieve business objectives;
- You’ll gain in-depth knowledge of the banking sector and familiarize yourself with internal processes;
- After a successful initial period, you’ll have the opportunity to advance to a specialization, such as insurance;
- You’ll have access to a wide range of technical and commercial training courses.
Your profile
- Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree;
- Preferably has a background in finance, but this is not an absolute requirement;
- No experience in the insurance industry is required;
- Initial commercial work experience is appreciated;
- A strong interest in sales and potential for growth are more important than prior relevant experience;
- The working language is Dutch;
- Knowledge of French is a plus;
- Is ambitious and open to professional development;
- Has a sales-oriented mindset;
- Is customer-focused and takes a proactive approach;
- Possesses strong listening skills;
- Is open to coaching and feedback;
- Works well as part of a team;
- Is flexible within the Leuven region;
- Is results-oriented.

- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3000
