Description
- You advise clients on a comprehensive range of insurance products, ranging from family and home insurance to specialized solutions, such as life and non-life insurance. You analyze clients’ needs and put together customized insurance packages that meet their current and future needs;
- You guide clients through the entire process, from taking out policies to managing claims, and ensure excellent follow-up. This includes assistance with filing claims and managing case files;
- You maintain active contact with clients to identify new needs and deepen existing relationships;
- You’ll have the opportunity to advance to managing insurance portfolios for Private, Wealth, and Business clients;
- You’ll stay up to date on the latest developments in the insurance market and apply this knowledge, including innovative digital solutions such as online claims filing and digital insurance products.
Your profile
- Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or has relevant experience, preferably in the insurance, finance, or risk management sector;
- Has in-depth knowledge of insurance products and a strong interest in risk management;
- Comes across as a communicative, customer-focused professional with a commercial mindset and the ability to build trust with clients;
- Is analytically minded, well-organized, and demonstrates initiative in identifying new opportunities;
- Is certified in accordance with applicable laws and has a thorough understanding of the relevant industry regulations;
- Lives in the Leuven region and is attuned to the unique needs and wishes of the local community.
