Description

  • You manage cases and tasks proactively, taking into account priorities and existing agreements;
  • You analyze cases and ensure a “right first time” solution, even in the event of problems or anomalies;
  • You ensure customer-focused (internal/external) service delivery: incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, complaint handling, etc.;
  • You monitor compliance with legal and tax obligations (Articles of Incorporation, FATCA, CRS, etc.);
  • You are confident in making decisions on cases with limited (financial) impact;
  • You coach and provide technical support to your colleagues;
  • You contribute to process optimizations (applications, existing processes);
  • You continuously develop your knowledge and skills through a commitment to learning;
  • You take the initiative to report important information to management;

Your profile

  • You have knowledge of the field or are willing to learn quickly;
  • You are bilingual in Dutch and French.
  • You have a critical, analytical mind;
  • You have the ability to make decisions and set priorities independently;
  • You show initiative and act proactively;
  • You are customer-focused (both internally and externally);
  • You possess strong communication and customer-focused skills;
  • You have an interest in legal and tax matters;
  • Knowledge of the specific compliance and legal regulations in this field is a plus;

Offer

As a consultant, we offer you a permanent contract with the following benefits:
  • Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3000
