Description
- You will be a vital member of an administrative team responsible for overseeing all operational functions related to Debit and Credit cards;
- You provide assistance to client-facing staff, such as branch representatives, call center personnel, and bankers, by addressing their inquiries and requests through email and phone communication;
- You manage and respond to customer inquiries that come in via email;
- You carry out a range of daily activities essential for sustaining smooth operational processes.
Your profile
- Has excellent language skills in Dutch, French, and English;
- Possesses a junior level with 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience;
- Demonstrates adaptability to different situations and work environments;
- Has an eye for detail and works with precision;
- Shows initiative and enjoys taking the lead in various tasks;
- Is a strong communicator who can convey information clearly and effectively;
- Learns new concepts and skills quickly.

- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3000
