Description
- Managing client relationships and ensuring a high level of service delivery.
- Overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, while ensuring compliance with strict deadlines.
- Coordinating and managing statutory audits in collaboration with external auditors.
- Preparing board meeting documentation, attending meetings, taking minutes, and drafting resolutions.
- Preparing and reviewing tax and VAT returns.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives of international corporations, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
Your profile
A strong background in accounting and financial reporting, supported by a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience).- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, combined with a strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in German, English, and French (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet challenging deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with a proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
- The ability to balance attention to detail with a broader strategic perspective.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in an international and multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
