Description
- You evaluate incoming claims requests, including extensions, to determine the conditions for their acceptance;
- You assess clients' medical information as well as the legitimacy of claims in accordance with established guidelines and policy specifications;
- You engage with clients and brokers to provide a professional and service-oriented experience;
- You monitor claims requests on a daily basis, process payments, and analyze medical documents and related questionnaires;
- You respond to inquiries from clients and brokers via phone, ensuring all questions are addressed accurately and promptly.
Your profile
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word to handle various documentation and data management tasks effectively;
- Strong command of either French or Dutch, with an emphasis on solid grasp of one language and at least a functional understanding of the other;
- Familiarity with IT systems related to Guidewire, demonstrating comfort in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Awareness of legal frameworks concerning claims and protection, contributing to informed decision-making and problem-solving;
- Exhibits pragmatic thinking, demonstrating the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering good relationships both internally and externally;
- Openness to change and adaptability in a dynamic work environment, ready to embrace new challenges;
- A good understanding of English to facilitate basic communication when necessary.
