Description
- Maintain and enhance the Bank’s ESG Risk Framework in line with regulatory requirements (EBA, CSSF);
- Lead ESG materiality assessments and integrate ESG risks into ICAAP, ILAAP, and RAF (incl. GAR monitoring);
- Support ESG-related SREP submissions.
- Manage ESG disclosures (Pillar III – CRR 449a) and oversee CSRD/ESRS readiness;
- Monitor ESG regulatory developments (CRD VI, CSDDD, EU Taxonomy, SFDR);
- Lead carbon footprint reporting and maintain ESG data tools;
- Act as point of contact with regulators (CSSF, ECB, EBA).
- Prepare Board-level ESG reporting and represent the function in governance forums;
- Support ESG awareness across the organisation.
Your profile
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Environmental Science, Law, or a related field; ESG certifications (e.g. CFA ESG) are a plus;
- Minimum 4 years of experience in ESG risk, sustainable finance, or climate-related roles within a regulated financial institution, regulator, or consulting firm;
- Fluent in English (C1 level); Mandarin is an asset;
- Analytical mindset, combining quantitative analysis with qualitative ESG assessment;
- Excellent communication skills, with exposure to senior stakeholders (Board, regulators, auditors);
