Description
- You ensure the effective management of fraud-related inquiries and complaints;
- You conduct detailed investigations into complaints while collecting all relevant documentation and evidence;
- You deliver clear, thorough, and suitable responses to customers addressing their concerns;
- You act as the primary liaison for both internal teams and external clients;
- You uphold business continuity and prioritize customer satisfaction in all interactions.
Your profile
- Is fluent in both Dutch and French;
- Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree;
- Possesses strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- Is well-versed in a variety of IT tools and software;
- Has a foundational understanding of banking products, including accounts, cards, and banking applications;
- Demonstrates a keen interest in financial services and banking products;
- Exhibits an analytical thought process;
- Possesses excellent written communication skills, coupled with empathy and a client-focused approach;
- Is capable of working autonomously;
- Displays resilience under pressure and adaptability to changing circumstances;
- Is skilled in identifying solutions to challenges;
- Maintains a strong focus on accuracy, precision, and quality in all tasks.
