Life & Hospitalization Insurance Officer

Description

• You manage and monitor contracts related to the 2nd pillar, in particular INAMI PLCs, Individual Pension Commitments (EIP), and key person insurance;
• You have a thorough understanding of the 80% rule and know how to apply its practical implications;
• You are responsible for processing guaranteed income contracts, including calculating annuities and managing new business;
• You monitor cases of work disability and are in charge of claims management;
• You are comfortable using the tools provided by our partner companies (AXA, AG, NN, Baloise, Vivium, and Allianz);
• You manage group policies, including group insurance, group guaranteed income, and hospitalization coverage;
• You enter and track policyholder information, while managing new enrollments, cancellations, and changes to coverage;
• You are responsible for preparing quotes, particularly for hospitalization coverage (AXA, DKV, Ethias, Allianz).

Your profile

• Has solid experience in the field of life and group insurance, with a specialization in the 2nd pillar, which is absolutely essential;
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of products related to hospitalization and income protection;
• Is fully proficient with standard computer software, including Excel, Word, and Brio;
• Communicates clearly and flawlessly in French, both in writing and orally; knowledge of Dutch is a significant asset;
• Demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail and strong organizational skills, capable of efficiently managing multiple cases simultaneously;
• Shows significant autonomy and initiative, anticipating needs and proposing solutions while moving forward proactively;
• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and feels comfortable interacting with clients, whether by email or phone;
• Values teamwork, enjoys collaborating with dedicated colleagues, and actively contributes to the team atmosphere;
• Demonstrates remarkable resilience under stress and flexibility, remaining calm and focused during periods of high activity;
• Is reliable and discreet, ensuring that client information is handled with the utmost respect.
