Description
- You are the first point of contact for clients (business owners and professionals) via phone, email, app, and in person at the office;
- You resolve client inquiries in a client-focused manner, as independently as possible;
- When necessary, you refer clients to the appropriate account or district managers;
- You ensure a warm and professional welcome during office visits and events;
- You actively listen to clients and identify business opportunities;
- You proactively share relevant information and client needs with account managers;
- You schedule appointments and manage the calendar (for both yourself and clients);
- You make initial contact with potential new clients;
- You provide administrative support to the sales team;
- You accurately process client data and keep it up to date in the systems;
- You handle practical and organizational tasks in the office;
- You provide logistical support for organizing events.
Your profile
- Don’t have any prior experience in the banking sector? No worries—that’s not an obstacle;

- Monthly salary indication: € 3001 - € 4500
