Description

  • You provide professional, efficient, and high-quality HR support to internal teams;
  • You manage and oversee HR administrative processes with precision and confidentiality;
  • You maintain and regularly update employee records and HR information systems (HRIS);
  • You prepare HR reports, documentation, and conduct data analysis as needed;
  • You manage the entire recruitment process for both retail and corporate roles;
  • You screen candidate applications and serve as the first point of contact for potential hires;
  • You coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates;
  • You assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes to facilitate smooth transitions;
  • You support the coordination of training programs and follow up on their implementation;
  • You assist in the performance management cycle, including evaluations, documentation, and tracking;
  • You contribute to initiatives aimed at talent development within the organization;
  • You support payroll preparation by ensuring accurate and timely input of HR data;
  • You coordinate with payroll service providers to ensure data quality and compliance;
  • You follow up on assigned HR projects and initiatives to ensure progress;
  • You contribute to identifying process improvements and support HR digitalization efforts, including HRIS tools, reporting enhancements, and workflow optimization;
  • You participate in internal events and initiatives aimed at employee engagement.

Your profile

  • Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Brings 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources, with a particular preference for candidates who have a background in the retail sector;
  • Is proficient in Flemish, with fluency in English and knowledge of French being an added advantage;
  • Demonstrates strong capabilities in administrative tasks and report generation;
  • Exhibits excellent teamwork and communication abilities;
  • Is highly organized, attentive to detail, and adept at prioritizing multiple tasks;
  • Possesses a proactive, adaptable, and solution-driven attitude with a "can-do" approach;
  • Maintains professionalism while managing sensitive information;
  • Is eager to learn and evolve in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace environment.
