Description

• You are responsible for managing and processing fire-related claims.
• As a claims manager, you maintain close contact with various parties, such as insurance brokers and adjusters.
• You coordinate the entire claims process from start to finish.
• You will open new claims and ensure clear communication with all parties involved throughout the claims process.
• You will work in a customer-focused manner and keep all parties informed in a timely and accurate manner through effective verbal and written communication.

Your profile

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and preferably has 2 to 3 years of work experience in a similar role within an organization.
• Has an excellent command of Dutch and a good command of French, as there is regular contact with French-speaking customers; knowledge of English is a nice bonus but not required.
• Is eager to learn and motivated, with the ability to quickly set priorities and distinguish between important matters and details.
• Enjoys working as part of a team but can also perform tasks independently and in a solution-oriented manner.
• Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Has a customer-focused attitude and exudes enthusiasm and positivity when interacting with others.
